I love recipes with five ingredients or less, so I was really interested when I saw a peanut butter cookie recipe in the October issue of Parents magazine. I had to try it!

I made the cookies and they (the ones that didn’t stick to the pan!) were actually really tasty. Both of my kids loved them. (I don’t blame the recipe for the cookies sticking…I just need to get a better cookie sheet!)
I don’t see the recipe on the Parents website. So, I’ll just say let you know that the three ingredients are peanut butter, sugar and an egg. You can pick up the October Parents magazine to get the full recipe. (It’s on page 208.)

I saw the same one in Parents magazine and I dont know if it makes a difference but I thought it said 375 for 10 minutes.
Hi, I found your website LOOKING for the three ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe that I had seen but misplaced from my Parents magazine. The only time I’ve tried it, I was low on peanut butter, so I just tried to do a 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and an estimated 1/4 of an egg. It was only three cookies, but they were great, and I didn’t have to run to the store for an ingredient!!!
I found something similar on Cooks.com…
EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 egg

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine ingredients and mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased an cookie pan. Press with back of a fork. Press again in the opposite direction to make criss-cross marks.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400°F. (Another easy recipe for the kids.)
In case you’re wondering, this easy recipe does not contain any flour. You will only need these 3 ingredients!
